Orange Smoothie Recipe

I’m a “all fruit” smoothie kinda girl. Throw the fruit in a blender, blend for a few seconds and ta-da, your healthy smoothie is ready. Although milk makes smoothies more creamy, I prefer this smoothie without milk. The taste of the citrus and fruit really come through and it’s a delicous drink for breakfast or a afternoon snack. Bonus – if you have kids, make them one too! My kids absolutely love sharing this smoothie with me.
