This easy slow cooker meal has everything you need for homemade comfort food – meat, vegetables and enough broth to pour it on top of egg noodles! The meat is beef kielbasa, cut into bite size pieces. The vegetables are potatoes, celery, brussels sprouts and onion. The broth is a savory beef broth. This is such a easy meal as all you have to do is throw everything into a crock pot, cook on low for 5 hours and then dinner is ready. That’s it!
